Paradox Studios Gold is seeking QA Analysts to expand their team for Hearts of Iron (HoI), a complex World War II Grand Strategy Game. The role involves finding and reporting bugs, playtesting, providing qualitative feedback, and identifying product risks.
Arbetsuppgifter 6 Uppgifter
- Act as QA Point of Contact for specific features, content, and releases
- Test, find, reproduce, report, and regress bugs
- Playtest and provide feedback
- Work with external QA teams, assisting with test planning and tasking
- Liaise with developers
- Find and flag product risks
Krav 5 Kompetenser
- Games QA experience (2+ years professional or strong interest via Alpha/Beta testing)
- Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking software
- Experience using agentic AI tools or familiarity with basic AI tools and prompt writing
- Clear, concise, and diplomatic communication skills
- English language proficiency at CEFR C1 level or better
