We are now looking for a Process Engineer to strengthen our Technical Team and play a key role in developing our packaging and finishing operations. Why this role matters: As a Process Engineer, you will work close to production, supporting our packaging and inspection area where quality, efficiency and process stability are critical to our success. A significant part of the role will be focused on an upcoming supplier transition, where you will help secure a successful implementation of new manufacturing solutions. This includes planning and executing industrial trials, validating process performance, coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring production readiness. - Develop, optimize and standardize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, delivery performance and productivity.
- Lead and support implementation of new supplier solutions, materials, equipment and production methods.
