We are looking for an Operations Coordinator - Wholesale to join our team in Gothenburg HQ! As an integral part of our operations team, the Operations Coordinator plays a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting profitable growth across our wholesale order channels. This position goes beyond order management - it's about owning the end-to-end order lifecycle, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our wholesale partners. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple order flows including wholesale, samples, showroom, outlet/flash sales, and returns. Your ability to coordinate across departments, such as logistics, sales, and finance, will be crucial in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate data, and high partner satisfaction. - Managing multiple order flows including wholesale, samples, showroom, outlet/flash sales, and returns
- Coordinating across departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to ensure timely deliveries, accurate data, and high partner satisfaction
- Owning the end-to-end order lifecycle and optimizing processes
- Ensuring a seamless experience for wholesale partners
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately input and maintain order data with precision
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with both internal teams and wholesale customers
- Time Management: Proven ability to efficiently prioritize tasks to meet order processing and delivery deadlines
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions to resolve customer inquiries or order discrepancies
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities, evolving workflows, and unforeseen challenges in a fast-paced environment
- An educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in order administration, business-to-business customer service, or related roles, preferably within the fashion industry
- Minimum of one year’s experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system
- Proven track record of managing B2B orders and providing outstanding customer support
- Proficiency in OMS/ERP-systems and Microsoft Office suite is a plus
