Substitute Project Management Specialist for a global company in Gothenburg, supporting the Global Chief Engineer Mechanical Architecture and coordinating with Chinese colleagues.

• Support the Global Chief Engineer Mechanical Architecture with meeting arrangements and meeting minutes
• Communicate extensively with Chinese colleagues in GRI in all matters related to Mechanical Architecture
• Travel to China on occasion to participate in workshops and meetings
• Lead and coordinate mechanical architecture Red Book development
• Communicate with Chinese colleagues regarding details for weight follow-up and benchmarking
• Independently perform benchmarking activities including finding and structuring information on A2MAC1 platform and performing web searches
• Independently perform weight assessments, tracking max axle weights, GVM and curb weights for different architectures, vehicles and options
• Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. Engineering degree within Mechanical Engineering or similar
• General automotive knowledge (product knowledge and product development)
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Fluency in Swedish (advantage)
