• Create detailed drawings and technical documentation to support purchasing, manufacturing, and assembly of tissue machines
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, production teams, and pre-assembly functions to deliver high-quality customer solutions
• Contribute to the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of products, machine sections, and components
• Translate customer requirements into practical and effective mechanical design solutions
• Support customer projects from design through delivery and occasionally travel when required

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in mechanical design
• Experience and strong interest in mechanical product development and design engineering
• Confident communication in written and spoken English
• Experience from the paper, tissue, or process industry (strong advantage)
• Problem-solving ability
• Structured approach to work
