Buyer Job in Gothenburg | Perido AB | Logistics Procurement

We are looking for a Buyer for our client, a well-known company within the automotive industry. You will be working from the office based in Gothenburg.

• Lead and support cross-functional sourcing projects and negotiations
• Develop and implement category and supplier strategies
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Prepare and execute negotiations, including supplier selection and contract management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Analyze data and market conditions to make informed recommendations and decisions
• Manage supplier agreements and monitor supplier performance
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to optimize cost, quality and sustainability
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team and stakeholders across different functions and locations

• Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience in procurement, logistics, finance or automotive industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured and analytical approach
• Ability to build trusted relationships
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative and making data-driven decisions
