Production of bread and sweet pastries such as croissant, buns and laminated doughs.The focus is on artisanal bread with stone oven-baked sourdough bread, modern pastries with butter and brioche dough and buns.Seasonal contract for this summer.  You have experience in the craft and similar roles from quality bakery and possess creative knowledge of working with seasonal ingredients and product development.The production is carefully planned so that it can be carried out during the day, walk in fridgerooms and fermentation rooms have been prioritized. The salary is 163,24v SEK/ hour but it could be more for candidates with very good experience....
